WHERE ARE WE AFTER 52 YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE AND WHERE ARE OTHERS ? ARE WE REALLY FREE
Did we really achieve FREEDOM IN 1948 ?????? The answer is a BIG NO !!!
We became much bigger slaves of Indian politicians and bureaucratese from then. What happened in last 52 years prove that we were far better under British rule.
After 52 years of independence from British, our country and countrymen are one of the poorest, least educated and most of them do not have basics of life that is ROTI KAPADA , MAKAN aur PANI . One of the poorest infrastructure, one of the slowest legal system, one of the highest corrupt government servants and politicians, one of the most polluted country, ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT AND FRUSTRATING BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT, poorest sport talent, most dependant on food, oil and gas on imports, most overloaded urban cities, and what not…………? All this after one of the highest types and quantum of taxes that we all are paying. On top of that all the earning members and contributors of most taxes are labeled as THIEVES BY THOSE REAL THIEVES …….. THE BEAUROCRATES. If we visit the countries like Hongkong , Singapore, Thailand Malaysia or even china with very recent history of independence or so, our heads go down in shame . Shall we never see that kind of prosperity till we die ? Why are we all silent ? All all of us are busy doing our own work while looking for someone to get us out of all trouble.
Charity begins at home ! If you want to go to heavens, you only need to die !
If you want to raise our country , we all need to rise , work after it , raise our voice and start unending real freedom movement. Freedom from jails of dirty politicians, corrupt beaurocrates. It is too much to expect all these changes from one shri Anna hazare or Baba Ramdev. We all need to come out of our safe and cozy houses. Get ready to act and sacrifice .
Completely wrong economic policies of present government:
Current government is levying high amount of of more than 20 types taxes and duties of earning members of societies and with highest tax slabs . Poor citizens are after all the days of hard work and taking up challenges save nothing nearly for themselves. These taxes collected by the government are snatched away by dirty politicians, and looting beaurocrates in the names of various social schemes like NAREGA etc and in the name of distributing them to poor people . High and unrealistic taxes are purposefully levied by these corrupt policy making beaurocrates to earn money out of corruption and forcing the citizens to make black money. Honest businessmen are harassed in the name of technical mistakes and dishonest people are clearly let go after receiving bribery sums. Innocent citizens are then labeled as tax evaders and chased and tormented by those corrupt tax beaurocrates for their hard earned money. And………….. these income earners of the soil finally end into health problems or legal problems due to stresses created by those corrupt beaurocrates. Why are we silently accepting all these. Are we the biggest cowards in the world ???????????

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE DONE REALLY in INDIA
FREE THE CITIZENS , FREE THE BUSINESSES , SCRAPP THE TAXES, SCRAPP BEAUROCRACY, SCRAPP ALL SUBSIDIES
The GREAT INDIAN TIGERS ARE CAGED AND TIED TO KNOTS. TO ACHIEVE Fastest model of growth , maximum employment and prosperity IN SHORTEST POSSIBLE TIME is to free the businesses from the clout of beauracrates, have lowest taxes and maximum 2 types of taxes. These will create unprecedented private investments, employment, business and industrial activities , disposable income, with people. This will create floods of demand of consumers and no one will need government help for free. These can put India in the line of Industrial world maximum 5 to 10 years. Most of the govt depts need to to be dismantled and left out officers’ roles should be not to CONTROL OR REGULATE the businesses but
To ASSIST them. The masses in Indian villages and urban areas don’t need government mercy and free schemes but possibility of paying employment. Free schemes make people dependent, dishonest and they avoid going to work. This is a injustice to those workers who sweat and work hard to earn their bread and butter.
A SHADOW GOVERNMENT out OF CITIZENS COUNCIL TO CONTROL current government.
A parallel private non political government needs to be created from intellectuals and professionals of various walks of life to maintain check on functioning of political government.
SPECIAL INCOMETAX DEPARTMENT FOR BEAUROCRATES AND POLITICIANS UNDER CITIZENS COUNCIL
A organization equal to power of income tax dept and CBI should be created out of citizens and professionals not connected to politics to make incometax and wealth tax assessment of all politicians and beauracrates. They should have full powers of raiding them for investigations to level of prosecutions. A special court of such status should be create to prosecute beauracrates and politicians.
TAX REFORMS
Except GST , INCOME TAX AND WEALTH TAX , all other taxes and levys must be scrapped and the govt dept of those levys sholud be scrapped too. Average tax of GST should be not more than 5 %, Income tax not more than 15 % and wealth tax not more than 5 %. Excise AND CUSTOMS duty must be totally abolished. With reasonable taxes to pay, no one will have an incentive to generate black money. This will generate lot of new capital and investment in the country.
AGRICULTURAL REFORMS : the shortest , fastest and correct root.
Biggest problems of Indian agriculture is smaller size of farms and farmers having no capital. Farmeres are uneducated and unaware of latest technology and business skills. The simplest and best way to get the whole thing on fast foot forward is to open agriculture to private Indian investment giving industry status to farming. Scrapp all the subsidies.
SCRAPP ALL THE SUBSIDIES REGARDLESS OF ITS APPLICATION; there can be no debate or justification to this.
LABOUR LAW REFORMS
There should be two separate labour laws. URBAN LAOUR LAWS, RURAL LABOUR LAWS.
Because situation in both cases are radically opposite.
Times have changed radicullay but decades old unrealistic labour laws are followed. Today businesses need to be protected from the torture and exploitation of labourers in urban areas. Urban labourers are in great shortage, they chage jobs like changing toothpaste creating tremendous waste and leaving businesses in trouble. Businesses are almost becoming unviable in India . A minimum employment period of 3 years must be made compulsory, a system of N.O.C. should be required from the previous employer before a new employer can hire a person.
FREE AND FAST LEGAL SYSTEM
Legal system should be made completely free of government interference. Appointment of judges should not be made by government. Legal system must be totally reformed.
FOOD ADULTERATION IS A GREATEST CAUSE OF CONCERN
Due to corrupt partenership of politicians and bureacrates, the food that all of us eat is nothing less than a poison and is only working our country as whole to sicken and die. A death penalty for the people doing food adulteration and those corrupt bureaucrates in this field can only solve the problems.
EDUCATION AND HEALTHCARE
All the bureaucracy in this field should be minimized and only to assist people . These fields should be free to private domestic and foreign investments and be given industry status ?
BANKING AND INTEREST RATES
The financial crises of 2008 proved to world that the banks in developed world like USA and Europe are most vulnerable and unsafe as many of them became bankrupt. At the same time , Indian banks are far more robust and safe. THE BIGGEST QUESTION THEN IS WHY BANK LENDING RATES TO INDIAN BUSINESSES ARE 13 TO 18 % WHEREAS IN NEARBY STATES LIKE SINGAPORE, THAILAND, MALAYSIA OR EVEN USA THEREY ARE BETWEEN 3 TO 6 % ???????? HOW CAN THE INDIAN BUSINESSES SURVIVE FOREIGN COMPETITION?
ELECTORAL REFORMS
The current election system must be radically changed. Voters need to COME TOGATHER UNDER CITIZENS COUNCIL to cross check claims of political parties. Electoral promises should be legalized and political parties must be bound legally to implement what they promised. Public debates must be organized between main opposing parties to verify each other’s claims and promises in all the states to let people understand the correct situation. Citizens council must play active roll to ensure that the country votes any single political party to vote so that country do not face the dirty coalition politics that goes nowhere. It seems that entire presidential system of USA is much better to British type of present electoral and political system.
BANKING NEEDS TREMENDOUS REFORMS.
WHAT NEXT >>>>> PRESENT POLITICIANS ARE HARD NUT TO CRACK
We all need to come together and work with great system to root out corruption from our system. It is extremely difficult job and be ready for a long battle. Let us organize under one single banner and the whole fellow contrymen should join this REAL AND FINAL FREEDOM MOVEMENT.
For a start, I suggest that one of these days , all of us should obsereve a ENLIGHTEMENT EVENING BY LIGHTING CANDLES ACROSS COUNTRY BETWEEN 7 TO 8 P. M. on next Saturday on their terraces or outside their houses while switching off the electrical lights for one hours. The government must be sent a strong message that the public is in no mood of relanting and that it is nw or never for them. Regular fasts peacefully should be organized for nearly 12 months or till all the actions required are implemented in each and every city.
